The room is separated from the rest of the house, having an own entrance, reachable through the garden, and a comfortable size for one or two adults. Being the only room rented, the guest can enjoy his/her privacy almost in full. There is a relaxing garden and a small pool for refreshing during hot days. The guest can share with the host a big kitchen and a living room. We offer also a bicycle for going around in the town and to the beautiful beach nearby (3km away).
We are a married couple (Vietnamese and Italian) having a peaceful life in this beautiful town. Mario is retired and Lan teaches English in Internet. We can support our guests on how to enjoy the day in Hoi An.
This is a peripherical, residential area. The neighbors are simple people of Hoi An; the house is located in a very small alley: not even a small car can fit in :-) The center is 2.2 km away, easily reachable by bike and also by walking.
