The fine print
The swimming pools, fitness centre, games room, restaurant, children's playground and sport facilities will remain closed from May until July 3rd. Daily cleaning services will be provided.
Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
A damage deposit of US$300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
