Just a short stroll from the beach, the home is also equipped with beach gear for added comfort and convenience. On the way back in from the beach, rinse-off sand and salt water in the outdoor shower. The home comes well appointed with all the modern comforts you'd expect with a bright, updated interior and coastal motif. The full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances for easy meal prep, plush a dishwasher for quick cleanup. There's an eat-in nook for four and the dining room seats six for indoor meals. Enjoy casual conversation with friends and family in the front parlor or settle in beside living room fireplace for shows and movies on the smart TV. In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. All three bedrooms come equipped with flatscreen TVs for added convenience. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom equipped with a generous soaking tub, standalone shower, and dual sinks. THINGS TO KNOW A Pack-N-Play and baby gates are provided. For an additional sleeping option, there’s a full sofabed in the living room.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
