Fantastic view from unit! Haleakala , Molokini, Kahoolawe, city night lights. Recently remodeled. New furnishings Top floor condo. New everything! New flooring throughout. New Beautiful Hawaiian Bedroom King set with a firm Beauty-rest mattress bed with custom closets. New A/C. This place is great for honeymooners with the ocean making waves every night. To get your attention Hawaii is expensive. The locals say it’s the price of paradise. But at this place you can save on extras. On this Listing there are No VRBO cleaning fees, no parking fees, no valet fees, no beach chair, umbrella rental fees, free use of boogie boards and swim goggles, snorkeling gear, and no tipping the staff. Eating a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen instead of eating out all the time saves time. You will definitely save on that. With 30 reviews... all are 100% five star reviews. This place is different!!. It's not just a hotel room in Maui. It's a place to come home to and truly enjoy this modern vacation home. It is very well stocked with all the things you will need for your holiday from kitchen supplies to beach equipment. No need to go to turtle town, the the turtles are right out front!! You can watch the boats going out to sea in the morning from the Ma'alalea harbor. You'll will see whales in the winter off your own lanai, wake up a bit early to see to sunrises off the peaks of Haleakala, and at the end of the day enjoy sipping on a cocktail on the lanai and romanticize the amazing moons over the ocean with city lights of South Maui. You will like the cozy bedroom and the clean comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Bathroom has been made into Spa like atmosphere….New Shower design. Ladies and Europeans love the Custom Bidet toilet. Lighted anti fog mirrors.

The Milowai condominium is also located very close to the Ma’alaea Harbor, where there is shopping, restaurants, bars, a tour center and the Maui Ocean Aquarium. The central location of the Milowai condominium is 15 minutes from the Kahului OGG airport and is set between Lahaina and Kihei, making it one of the most convenient locations on the island. The condo is located in a tiny town called Ma’alaea, away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Maui. If you’re thinking about staying in Kaanapali or the West side don’t forget there’s basically only one way and in and out of that area. The Highway is one lane each way with a 35 to 45 mph limit with very little passing zones and lots of traffic making it difficult to travel to and from that area. Your going to want to see all of Maui. It's not convenient from Kaanapali. The Milowai condominium is also located very close to the Ma’alaea Harbor, where there is shopping, restaurants, bars, a tour center and the Maui Ocean Aquarium. Since the Lahaina fire most of the tours start out of Ma'alaea Bay Ma’alaea Bay is known for its winter arrival of humpback whales in Maui. When the boats leave Ma’alaea Harbor they almost immediately see whales. And that harbor is next door.
