Our property is close to the beach--and everything else that Seaside has to offer--and is beautifully appointed with lovely landscaping, comfy rooms, and stunning views of the Pacific and Seaside Cove. As such, it is the perfect place to escape, reconnect with family and friends, and recharge your spirit. To that end, our staff implements the five keys of customer service (safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency) every day to showcase our dedication to excellence. While safety is always our number one priority, our team is ultimately renowned for its exceptional service, inclusive attitude, attention to detail, and streamlined operations.

Our goal is to make each guest feel like the Tides by the Sea is their own secret hideaway, a place where memories are made and dreams come true. To that end, we invite everyone to discover the breathtaking beauty of the area and all the special places that make Seaside a place they'll want to return to time and again. Featuring everything from studios to two-bedroom condos, our property is at the south end of Seaside's famous Promenade, overlooks Surfer's Cove, and is the perfect place to unplug, recharge, and fuel your soul and imagination. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The heated pool is open seasonally from March to October. Use one of our charcoal grills to make your own dinner. Games, books, and DVDs can be checked out from our lending library in the front office.

We are located across the street from the Osprey Cafe, which offers a cozy atmosphere and delightful blend of international and American comfort dishes. Whether you love to golf, or are simply looking for an enormous mouthwatering burger, the Seaside Golf Course is located at the end of the Avenue U. Of course, if you want to visit the aquarium, play games at Funland, explore the Seaside Carousel Mall, or sink your teeth into one of the best pizzas in the country at Pizza A'Fetta, Broadway is only a 3/4-mile walk north on the Prom. If you want to extend your stay, head 7 miles south to Cannon Beach where you can hike to Haystack Rock at low tide, peruse the many art galleries and specialty shops, warm up with a huge bowl of chowder at Ecola Seafoods Restaurant and Market or a cup of joe at Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters, and sink your teeth into a huge marionberry Danish or ham and cheese croissant at Cannon Beach Bakery. Adventure, amusements, and lots of good eats await! Come explore all the fun Seaside (and its neighboring towns) has to offer, then get a good night's sleep at the Tides by the Sea, located at the quiet end of the Prom.
