Each two-bedroom townhouse-style condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a viewing alcove, and private balcony. Two bathrooms can be found in each unit, one of which is equipped with a 2-person spa bath. Barbecue facilities are available on-site, along with a dog park and gardens. A playground and free parking are also featured. Newport, along with its numerous dining and shopping options, is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area is 2 minutes’ drive from the condos.
