Welcome to Speedway Blvd Townhouse, glad you chose us. We are a quiet and quaint community conveniently located within minutes of sun and fun for everyone. Attractions in this area have a distinct character - fun, fascinating, spectacular & unique. Homestead Bayfront Park is very scenic and has a marina, a lagoon with a white-sand swimming beach, a picnic area and some short walking paths. Speedway Blvd Townhouse (SBT) is approx. 1500sq ft. w/2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & loft w/access to a clubhouse, gym & swimming pool. The community boasts several canals, ponds, lakes & parks a stone's throw away. Boating, fishing, hiking & Miami Motor Speedway are nearby.
I am semi-retired and an entrepreneur. I enjoy traveling, fine dining, reading, politics, sports and a bevy of other interests. I'm married to my beautiful wife and best friend. We look forward to celebrating our 34th anniversary in October.
SBT is conveniently located and virtually surrounded by shops, grocery stores, shopping centers, malls, parks, canals, ponds, lakes and national parks. The everglades are a few miles drive and the Florida Keys are approximately 30-45 minutes drive. The city of Homestead offers a free trolley car ride to and from historic landmarks, parks, and other scenic and worthwhile areas of interest. You are just a few miles from Homestead Miami Motor Speedway, Biscayne National Park, Everglades National Park and Homestead Air Base. The Florida keys are 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic. The city of Homestead is just minutes south via Speedway Blvd. or US route 1. The surrounding area offers an array of shopping centers
