If you're a golfer, you can take your pick of world-class golf courses in the area; if you're a hiker, spend a day exploring Tahquitz Canyon, three miles west, and Indian Canyons, five miles south. The 2,400-square-foot living space is full of beautiful details, including Spanish tile, graceful arches, and a built-in Kiva fireplace inspired by the southwest. The house-wide water softener ensures you'll be feeling refreshed each morning. Each evening, grill outside in the warm desert breeze, eat in the window-lined dining room, and tell stories beneath the stars around the outdoor firepit. Things to Know Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. An optional fee of USD 150 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
