If you have any other concern please do not hesitate to contact us. To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! This bright and airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the Palisades Condominiums and is perfect for family holidays! This property is conveniently located on the west side of Disney and is just a 10-minute drive away from the park. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), large private patios, and in suite laundry machines. Kids will love the PacMan bedroom complete with old school arcade games! The building includes an outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and more! ----> Please note there are noise monitoring devices that are triggered if there's a high noise level in the apartment to ensure all guests remain respectful to those around them. There's a 50.00 USD fine for excessive noise complaints. ----> A maximum of TWO pets up to 75lbs are welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 per animal. ----> Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a 150.00 USD fine for each hour past check-out. ----> We're happy to deliver: (1.) a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee) (2.) a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee)
