This SLO home has everything you need! A perfect get-away for a couple, a family, singles or close friends! *Upstairs Loft has a LOW CEILING. Please be aware Loft is not a full heights and may require crawling on Knees to access beds. * Private bedroom with a queen bed *Upstairs loft with a queen bed *Sleeper couch *Fully equipped kitchen *Full bathroom *Outdoor deck for dining and relaxing *AC unit *Wifi and Smart TV Located in the Coastal Creek Mobile home park off of Higuera street, makes for the perfect location, easily accessible to anywhere you want to go.

Neighbourhood information

Sage house is located inside the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. There are some long term tenants and 5 other short term Airbnb rentals in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves. The mobile home park has a one way road with a marked entrance and exit side. The Sage House is nestled away in the far left corner of the property. Parking space number 5 is to the left of the home.
