The fine print
Parking is $10.60 per car, per night, inclusive of taxes between May 27th through September 4th annually. Parking fees are not charged outside of those dates.

A damage deposit of US$50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
