It is bounded by several huge monkeypod trees and a banyan tree, which form an enormous overhead tree umbrella, rendering C-1 more like a paradise island private home rather than a crowded condominium hotel room. Convenience is assured at this charming condo! C-1 is accessible via a ground-floor, private, front-door entry and its floor level (no interior steps), your car’s parking spot, and the solid concrete, short walkway connecting the two, are all on the same street level. No steps to climb, outside or inside. This breezy escapade is dominated by its fully-screened (floor to ceiling) lanai and the uniquely Hawaiiannglass wall, consisting of 18 individual wood-encased sliding glass doors, which open off the bedroom and both exterior sides of the living room to let in the sound of the waves breaking on Kepuhi Beach.
