New build in 2023, 10 minute walk to Downtown historic Lockhart. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Practical single level floor plan boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths to sleep 6 comfortably. All the essentials are provided and a few unique touches that will be sure to delight. A fenced in backyard includes a fire pit, breakfast nook and corn hole playing area. As an added bonus, VIP access to our private lounge. Additionally space to work with high speed WiFi.
Have experience hosting since 2012. I too travel and use Airbnb, so I try to take the best of my experiences and bring them to my rental properties.
Driveway parking for two cars. Street parking also available. All kitchen amenities included. Privately fenced in backyard. Garage was repurposed as a lounge for entertaining. Conveniently located within 20 minutes to COTA race track, Tesla HQ and Austin airport. 35 minutes to Austin downtown. Also near San Marcos rivers and Texas State University.
