Experience the ultimate getaway at this newly built home, where beauty and tranquility converge. Take in water views from multiple levels of this beautiful home or take the complimentary golf cart to the private dock where you can sit by the water's edge, kayak, or even feed the fish. Whether you seek solace by the water, outdoor adventures, or spirited indoor games, this haven caters to your every desire. Embark on a journey of relaxation, connection, and play. Game Room-Pacman Arcade with 12 games, Foosball Table, and TV all while having views of the lake. Dock is on an outparcel and not connected to the home. It's about a 1-2 min golf cart ride to the dock. Fish Food is available at the dock- Kids love seeing the fish! Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. You will not be able to sit on the dock November-April. You can go to the water's edge to fish and you can still use the kayaks. 1-2 miles from Tim's Ford Dam and Elk River where you can enjoy trout fishing and other species. Minutes to Jack Daniel's Distillery and Tim's Ford State Park This is not a place for parties. The bunk beds are not in a bedroom as they are in the open game area on the lower level of the home.
