Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! The suite is air conditioned, and there's a large screened-in patio. There's even free onsite parking, in suite laundry machines, and complimentary access to the building amenities! Building amenities include a community pool, spa, sauna, games room, fitness center, movie theatre, and meeting rooms. Please note that: The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. We're taking proactive steps to minimize any inconvenience. Your understanding is so much appreciated. • There is basic cookware available in the unit. Pet Friendly: • One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is 99.00 USD Additional Services: • We're happy to deliver: - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). - a Highchair for 40.00 USD (one-time fee). *IMPORTANT NOTE * Please be informed that the pool heating service is temporarily unavailable.
