We love the setting, but it's important to us that the entire experience is perfect for our guests. So we started in April 2022 with a beautiful, spacious 1300 sf unit that had been tastefully renovated. We started pretty much from scratch with the furnishings, so with the exception of a few vintage pieces, all the furniture is new. The bedrooms feature high thread-count linens, new pillows, new plush towels. And the kitchen got a makeover with new kitchen appliances, new cookware, new dinnerware, new drinkware. It's all to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Child-friendly features include children's dinnerware, Pack and Play playpen, and pool floats/toys (children must be supervised at all times). Work-friendly features include upgraded Wifi with download speeds up to 500 MB/sec and a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom. Within the community are multiple tennis/pickleball courts and a gym, as well as wide, sleepy streets for leisurely walks and exercise. Minutes away are breathtaking hikes, amazing shopping, and necessity stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. The overall vibe is quiet and peaceful. We want you to have a great time, but if you are looking for a party house this is not it.

Tech and sports enthusiast living in LA, but, wishing I could be in the Desert. My wife and I have been vacationing out that way for over a decade and decided to buy our first place together in our favorite community, Desert Falls. Within the community are multiple tennis/pickleball courts and a gym, as well as wide, sleepy streets for leisurely walks and exercise. Minutes away are breathtaking hikes, amazing shopping, and necessity stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. The pool is available until 10 pm but the HOA does ask that you maintain proper social distance if others are there. Same for the tennis/pickleball courts and other community amenities. There are 27 pools within the complex so no one pool is ever busy. The overall vibe is quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for a party house this is not it. ***Additional seasonal notes*** -The grass around the condos and the golf course dies off in September and re-seeding takes place every October. During this month, the golf course is closed. (All communities within the desert go through this in September/October of every year) -The citrus trees in the common grounds tend to be in full bloom during the months of December-April -The pools are heated to 82 degrees October-April -Oversized vehicles (if they're too big to fit in the garage) need to park at the tennis courts. -Guests booking without providing a guest address must provide address prior to check in.
