In close proximity to three ski resorts. Quick access to sledding, snowmobiles, and the Lake Tahoe Golf Course. The inviting primary bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a laundry area with washer/dryer. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed, 31in TV, and private deck access. The kid-friendly third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle and a Pack 'n Play. The rooms share a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Things to Know Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to 2,000 USD (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. WARNING: This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Occupancy is limited during 10 PM and 8 AM. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
