This newly renovated spacious one bedroom two bathroom waterfront unit has spectacular direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. It's right across the resort's private beach. In addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Renovation was completed in Feb 2018. Decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new furniture and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped for a family or group of 6.
We are a family of four with dad an engineer and mom a professor. Our passions are travel, decoration, arts, technology and seaside living and vacationing. We take pride in keeping our unit in top shape paying attention to details like quality of mattresses, appliances, furniture etc.
This unit is ideally located on the 9th floor, on a corner, giving our guests unobstructed panoramic views of the white sand beach and emerald blue gulf. Majestic Sun is located in beautiful Seascape Resort. Our guests will have access to all of Seascape Resort amenities, like the beautiful private resort beach which is right across our building, hiking paths along private lake, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, a spacious covered parking lot, tennis courts, state of the art work-out facilities, golf, restaurants and shopping. The resort is also walking distance to beautiful restaurants right by the beach, shopping, hiking trails etc. It's the ideal location for a beach vacation. Majestic Sun is 21 miles to the VPS airport, is about 6 miles to the famous Scenic Highway 30A , less then 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlet mall and close to many shops and restaurants. We send detailed links to all our local favorites to our guests.
