You will love to stay in our beautiful remodeled high-end living condo perched on the 38th floor of the Condominium Hotel Waikiki Banyan., It offers breathtaking ocean views, accommodates 2 guests, and is conveniently within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, fabulous shopping, and delightful restaurants. Plus, we provide complimentary parking and high-speed wireless internet! As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service. ***PLEASE NOTE: DECK RENOVATION NOTICE: The building’s recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7, 2025, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***

The Waikiki Banyan is literally in the heart of Waikiki, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (the best part of Waikiki Beach), many convenience stores and restaurants are also in walking distance. Enjoy the lifestyle of Waikiki! You will also love to have a parking included with our property, as street parking are very rare in Waikiki. Max car height 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do NOT fit in the parking garage. Just a 3 minutes’ walk away from the warm sands and blue water of the world's most famous beaches. Soak up the sun, swim in the inviting ocean, snorkel, world class surfing, or just relax on your favorite lounge chair. The huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large pool, jet spa, free tennis, sauna, gas BBQ (coin operated), children's playground, and snack bar. Also within walking distance you can enjoy a wide selection of international restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, world famous shopping centers, luaus, dinner cruises, etc. And don't miss the wonderful Saturday farmers market behind Diamond Head.
