The master bedroom's french doors open to the back patio. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a minifridge and toaster oven. The main kitchen area is fully equipped and has brand new appliances including a Bosch dishwasher and 5-burner chef's stove. The living/dining room has a table that can be expanded to seat up to 6. The baby grand piano is playable and can be tuned upon request for a fee. The flatscreen TV has popular streaming platforms and HDMI to hook up your own devices. Two large comfortable couches can seat everyone for movie night or game night, and each couch can comfortably sleep one child or adult. The back bedroom has a king size bed. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a workstation with a Samsung curved monitor, Kali Audio studio monitor speakers, and a USB-C hub to hook up to the keyboard and mouse. All bedrooms have total control over the amount of outside light that comes into the room. The hallway bathroom has a large bathtub and generous sink area for getting ready. Next to the bathroom are the washer and dryer. Parking is gated and secure. The property can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.
