Holiday Sands at South Beach is a 123 unit condo building that was opened in 2007. The property has a 6 level parking garage connected to the building. There is an fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pools, and a hot tub.
We have an experienced staff with a vast amount of local knowledge. Whether it be attractions or restaurants, we will point you in the right direction.
We are located oceanfront on the south end of Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are within walking distance to restaurants, jet ski rentals and parasailing, helicopter tours, the Myrtle Beach State Park, and a fishing pier. The Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park is 1.5 miles north, and the Market Common, which is an upscale shopping and dining community, is 1.5 miles south. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is less than 2 miles east of our location and Coastal Grand Mall is about 2 miles.
