The main floor features coastal decor and an open floor plan, combining the full, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The chef will love the full suite of appliances and ample counter space, including a standalone kitchen island, and the high-top table provides plenty of mealtime seating. After a day at the beach or community pool, use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, then watch a little TV together or retire to the bedrooms, each of which also has a TV.
