Beautiful 1 BR apartment in the lower level of big Townhouse in Frederick. Just 7 minutes from downtown Frederick and 10 minutes from Fort Detrick. Easy access to Rt i70, 15, 340, and i270.
Great for hiking, day visits to DC, Harpers Ferry, Leesburg, Clarksburg Outlets, and Baltimore. You will get a private Bedroom, Bathroom, and full kitchen. Private entrance and off street parking. Patio and grill are available. Travel nurses, TDY, MILITARY

The community offers a beautiful trails with lots of scenics views. Monocacy river can be accessed from the trail, fishing is allowed, bike riding, jogging, walking.
Walking distance to Walmart, and Giant super markets. Also at walking distance to 5 guys, Pascuales Pizza, Beer and Wine Store, Panera, and European Wax Tanning Spa.
3 minutes drive to Wegmans, and 7 minutes to all downtown Frederick has to offer (Breweries, Restaurants, Bars, Theater, Life Music). 5 minutes from Frederick Fair.
5 Minutes from Walkersville Southern Railroad.
Walking distance to WalMart, CVS Pharmacy, liquor store, and Giant supermarket. 3 minutes drive to Wegmans, and 7 minutes to downtown. Close to all major highways, 70, 270 and 15.
