Beautiful brand new Townhome within minutes to anything your heart desires! The modern design is welcoming to the eye! Gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, calming bright colors, open floor plan making it feel spacious while backing up to tall trees! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. White Water Center, Downtown, Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, Theatre, Panther Stadium, Noda, Quick drive to the mountains, ocean and lakes.The list is endless!

Neighbourhood information

A peaceful neighborhood tucked away and surrounded by trees. A brand new development with very clean yards, streets and homes. The property is close to the freeway for easy access to uptown, The White Water Center, Panther Stadium, Airport, Hospitals, Shopping, Dining, Convention Center and much more. Guests can walk to the shopping center 1 minute away to grab a quick bite to eat or grocery shop for their stay. You can get anywhere you need in a 7 minute walk or drive. If you drive in we have spacious parking at the house. You can easily access an Uber or Lyft! The LYNX Blue Line light rail has been a game-changer for Charlotteans since its operations began in 2007 with 15 stations linking the south side of Intersate 485 to Uptown. In 2018, the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) added an extension, connecting Uptown to UNC Charlotte and bringing the total south-north route to 18.9 miles with 26 stations, including 11 park-and-ride locations. Navagating the Queen city is a breeze!
