2B/2B sleeping 6. This updated home has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, full size washer & dryer. The master bedroom has Water views, direct access to the balcony area, a King sized bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV and in suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, flat screen TV and full in suite bathroom. All bedroom and common rooms are large with plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. The large balcony overlooks the harbor and pool area, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats come and go. This unit has stair access from the balcony directly to the pool and docks, with private keyless entry to your balcony. High speed WiFi. If you enjoy fishing, bring your boat down! A slip is reserved with your rental, at no extra cost. The dock has power, fresh water, and a covered fish cleaning station. A commercial size ice maker is available for guest use. Our condo is right next to a a great restaurant with craft beer on tap, music & Tiki Hut sunset cruises.

The location of this home is perfect for getting anywhere in Key West. Quick access to New Town and grocery stores as well as Duval Street and anywhere else in Downtown Key West. Bayview park is next door with plenty of open spaces, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and festivals on many weekends throughout the year.
