This room is in a full floor, 4 bedroom apartment, that I live in and will be present during the stay. This bedroom has a single bed. The apartment has a bathroom and kitchen that can be used by guests. The room has its own Smart TV set up with stream services, an air conditioner. The East Village is the perfect area to be in when visiting New York. A block away from St. Marks Place! With Tompkins Square, and Union Square, close to the apt. Near the F, 6, L, R/W trains!
I own the building and live in the apartment, while my part of the apartment will be off limits I am very friendly and engaging with guests. My son who lives in the apartment 2 floors off will also be around to manage any concerns and will be on hand to help with any questions you may have.
