Apartment is on second floor accessed by stairs only, not suitable for Children. It is in the City so if you are a looking for quiet time, this is not the place for you. Hi, I work locally probably 5 minutes from condo. I am a mom to a college student at UTC and a 4th grader and have an awesome husband that lets me host vacationers. So excited about sharing my home with new people. Love promoting my Hometown and all it has to offer. Just love being so close to all the local festivities!! Taking free shuttle is so convenient, do not have to deal with parking!! And all the popular restaurants on southside are just walking distance from condo.
