This cozy BNB is located in the heart of Englewood, within minutes of downtown Denver, CO. This guest suite features a private entrance into a garden level (bright basement) apartment. There is a shared fenced-in backyard (great for dogs) and shared patio spaces. While the neighborhood is safe and low key, you are just over a 10 minute drive from downtown Denver and 1.5 hours from multiple world class ski resorts. It is also located less than 5 minutes from the South Broadway shops/restaurants!
I will be available via text, call or email during your stay. I live in the top unit of the house but am very quiet and work a normal day schedule.
Englewood is a great neighborhood as it is safe and lowkey. It is very close to South Broadway, Downtown, and DTC (Denver Tech Center). Driving, walking, the Light Rail or using Uber and Lyft are great options for getting around the area.
