Private, clean, and bright 2bed 1bath beautiful home less than two blocks from the beach. Keypad entry, outdoor patio, full size fenced backyard. Shopping, grocery, restaurants, bars, and library a few minutes away, most within easy walking distance. Private residence and a peaceful area of the beach as well - never crowded. There is a bright and well stocked full kitchen for making meals, fully stocked with coffee, wine; snacks, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, microwave, etc. and also many delicious food delivery services in the area. You will have the private home all to yourself, and if there is anything you need, I am only a phone call or text away. PLEASE NOTE - we do have a lawn service that will maintain front and back yards every Tuesday at 11:00 am. Please make sure your pets are not in the private backyard on Tuesday mornings for about 20 minutes or so until the service is complete. Thank you so much and we look forward to making your Cocoa Beach vacation the best ever!
An avid traveler, I know what it requires to make a home away from home. Come stay in my cozy beach house and see how comfortable and relaxed you will be with all the special touches and attention to detail. Anything extra you need during your visit, I am only a phone call or text away.
Quiet, well maintained neighborhood. A short and pleasant walk to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys included, also a beach wagon for your convenience. A quick walk to beach, bars, clubs, restaurants, activities, ABC Liquor, and so much more! Bus routes available as well as Uber or Lyft
