In addition to the large TV for movie viewing, there's a bunk bed for the kids to use as they embark on their own little adventures, watch movies, or play games together. The adults won't be left out of the fun either thanks to the pool table and dartboard, which provide hours of friendly competition and laughter. For something a bit more mellow while indoors, the poker set, board games, kids' books, and telescope for stargazing are sure to keep you busy. When your guests are hungry, the well-equipped kitchen guarantees feasts you're sure to remember. The group chef is sure to appreciate added conveniences such as an Instant Pot and the air fryer to make preparing delicious meals a breeze. The little ones have their own plates, as well as a pack-n-play and high chair to make sure they're included too. Afterward, step outside to the outdoor deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub as you indulge in your beautiful surroundings. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
