Ocean sunrises from your private balcony! Steps to the beach!
Newly renovated 1 Bed/1 Bath villa in a gated ocean community. New flooring throughout with new central air/heat. Nicely appointed, fully equipped and immaculate. Perfect for up to 4 guests.
Boardwalk to beach. Outdoor pool/showers. 2 beach cruiser bicycles included. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza for many restaurants, shops, grocery, etc.
Great golf courses, tennis, biking/hiking trails, boating/fishing, parks in area.
We hope our guests love Hilton Head as much as we do! We are new to the Booking site but are Super Hosts on other short term rental sites, and are generally VERY available (and have local support individuals in case of emergency). Please let us know how we can help make your stay on our beach very memorable!
Beautiful, quiet, oceanfront area of island. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza for shops, supermarket, and restaurants.
