    The unit was updated and you could tell was professionally cleaned. Had all the amenities a family from out of state would need…bath and beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and some beach chairs/toys

    Right in the center of downtown Cocoa Beach, it's one of my favorite places to stay. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, bars, and of course right on the beach.

Condo interior fully renovated in 2023! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only a few steps away from the beach! Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on the second floor with parking garage below. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom which can sleep two children. Maximum capacity is up to 6 people including children. Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly. Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.
My goal is to live a happy and healthy lifestyle and traveling makes me happy! That's why I retired early from a career in commercial banking. Now I spend as much time as I can traveling and collecting passport stamps. I discovered Cocoa Beach kind of by accident about 10 years ago when vacationing in Orlando. When I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to own beach front property here and be able to live in Margaritaville every once in awhile. Now thanks to hosting I can share that feeling with you! Either myself or a trusted person will be available if needed.
The property is located in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach within easy walking of restaurants, bars and stores. Best way to get around is by walking or driving. Uber is also available. All guests will have access to one private parking spot in the garage area in the lower level of the condo. An additional parking space can be available in some guest spaces outdoors on the main level.
