Just 900 feet (275 meters) from the sandy shores of Cocoa Beach—a quick 3 to 4-minute walk on flat ground—this vintage 1960s one-bedroom bungalow offers cozy comfort, a short stroll to the ocean, and a 5-minute drive to downtown Cocoa Beach’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife. This private, pet-friendly apartment includes free on-site parking, a private outdoor patio, and everything you need for a relaxed, no-frills beach escape. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed in the bedroom, a bathroom with a small shower off the hallway, and an open living/dining/kitchen area fully equipped for cooking. A nearby dog beach and dog park make this the ideal getaway for guests with furry companions. Please note: This is a bungalow, not a hotel. It’s charming and beachy but also old—built like Fort Knox with solid concrete walls. Things may not be perfect, and the WiFi signal can be weak due to the thick construction. It’s best suited for unplugging and enjoying the beach—not for gaming or Zoom calls. One block to the beach - 3 min walk. Cocoa Beach offers canoeing, kayaking, surfing, jet ski rentals, paddleboarding, biking, bioluminescent tours, great cafes, fun places to eat and hang out beachside, live music, Heidi's Jazz Club, a downtown festival every weekend. The dog beach is close.
