Enjoy this spacious 1 bedroom condo with private yard. Sleeps 4, with full kitchen, one free parking space and free high speed WIFI. This spacious 1-bedroom condo comes fully-furnished, and includes a gorgeous kitchen stocked with all the utensils and new, upgraded appliances. There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for any accompanying children, or friends on your travels. The beautifully large ground floor balcony features a table and seats for up to four chairs. Additionally, you’ll find an assortment of linens, blankets, pillows, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrella. Our unit is very quiet and comfortable, and sports both air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Other amenities onsite include free WiFi, a flat screen Smart TV and a full sized washer and dryer. ***Please note that after you take the elevator to your unit, there are a few steps on the stairs that you will need to navigate to reach your accommodation. This unit is not ADA-accessible.***

It's a short drive to numerous golf courses including Wailea and Makena. This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui's beauty. Renting a car is recommendable. Our property has a parking stall for our guests with car.
