Hello, and thanks for viewing our listing. The private room has access to a large deck, decorated outdoor area with hammock, shared kitchen access on quiet road. Right next to 20-acre disc golf course! Within minutes of the Christiana Hospital, Delaware Park, University of Delaware, both Wilmington University campuses, City of Wilmington and I-95 and Route 1 highway access. Great location for any occasion. Three FRIENDLY cats live within house, will not have access to room unless allowed. Guests will have blankets, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer, and noise machine.
My wife and l host up to 2 guests in the home. We both like to travel and enjoy meeting new people. We are both working professionals. Both of us have lived in Delaware for a combined 45+ years and really enjoy everything Newark, Delaware has to offer. We have traveled to many different places in North America and the Caribbean. We both enjoy the great outdoor world and its splendors. From our adventures, we hope to share all of the best qualities of what we experienced in our stays for your own stay. If you are in search of a comfortable and private place to stay, we have the perfect location. We have three cats, Mama, Shiloh, and Shiba.
Quiet single-family neighborhood within walking distance of playground and disc golf course. House is at the end of the road in the cul-de-sac with no traffic noise.
