Own apartment for rent! The accommodation is a luxurious new spacious two-room apartment located in the downtown near the esplanade. The nearest subway stations are Maydan Kontstitutsii and Istorichniy Musey. The interior design of the apartment is de-luxe modern European style aimed at comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped by everything you need for relaxing there: the living room has a huge TV and an electric fireplace, and in the bedroom you will find a comfortable big bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi hot tub, whereas the kitchen is equipped with professional appliances. The interior of the apartment is decorated with luxurious natural materials like marble and wood. Other details are the central heating system, two air conditioners, hot and cold water 24 hours a day, and a safe. The apartment is completely equipped with everything you might need when living there. Another advantage is a large balcony with panoramic landscape view.
