Taiwan“因為在鹿野高台待很久，快九點才入住，管家把鑰匙預留讓我們進屋，第二天退房時才收房費，覺得管家很貼心，熱水要等一下才會熱，冬天可能會冷到，小朋友發現冰箱有酸臭味，探頭進去研究，發現是冰箱上層發霉，第二天反應給管家，他一直跟我們道歉，說冰箱管家太太都會用酒精消毒，發生這樣的事很抱歉，我們覺得發霉的地方是大人很難發現的地方，所以只是提醒管家而已，應該是不知道那一組客人有東西噴到的，真的很難發現的地方，要不是小朋友找出來，我可能也找不到，房間很大很舒服，乾淨整潔，價格也令人滿意，有電梯不用搬上樓，...”- 萬正 Taiwan“整體都很棒地點也很理想管理者很親民也很客氣~棒棒的，給個小建議，大門前可以增加止滑的東西，下雨的時候地板真的很滑，我就摔了個四腳朝天。”
