Our newly built villas with private pools offer families and friends a peaceful and pleasant holiday just a short walk from the beach in Belek. Each villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished with high-quality interiors. **Walking distances:** * Belek town center: 15 minutes * Beach: 15 minutes * Supermarket: 15 minutes Each villa includes a private parking space with a steel gate, its own swimming pool, and a sunbathing lawn. Long-term rentals are also available upon request. **Electricity Charges** Please note that the electricity costs are not included in the rental price and will be calculated based on the current rates of the local electricity provider, CK Enerji Akdeniz Elektrik, after check-out. The amount will be collected in cash. **Security Deposit** A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon arrival. This will be returned in full at check-out, provided that no damage has occurred and the property has been left in good condition. **Check-In Requirements** All guests are required to present a valid **passport** at check-in for registration purposes.
