Our story began 30 years ago by renting summer houses in Datça, Muğla. Our summer house rental adventure, which started with the "Ertem Apart" brand at a time when the internet was not a part of our lives, when transportation between cities and countries was more difficult and even online portals did not yet exist. We grew and developed over time as the service we provided was appreciated. The increase in demand for short and mid term rentals during the pandemic when the travel market entered in a global crisis required us to adapt to this new situation. Due to our experience in short and medium-term rentals and our knowledge of situations where homeowners may need help in this area, we decided to offer the service we were already doing to those who needed it. Ertem Homes is not a real estate buying and selling company. We do not need fancy offices or presentations on giant screens. Without limiting ourselves to working hours, we take into account all the services needed by the accommodation sector and make the utmost effort to make all our guests feel as comfortable as if they were staying in their own homes.

Property information

This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends with its 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area. The balcony with panaromic sea view and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect environment for enjoyable dinners. You will not have any parking problems with its own parking lot. You can start the day with a breakfast with a sea view in the mornings. Its location, which is within walking distance to Kargı Bay, allows you to be away from city life and easily access all facilities. There is an outbuilding in the backyard of the villa. An employee who takes care of the general maintenance of the villa lives in the outbuilding. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower on both the lower and upper floors. The villa has a panoramic sea view on the hill. There are both public beaches and businesses where you can reach beach service in Mandalya and Kargı Bays, which are located just below. We do not have our own beach service.
