The villa is securely located on a hill, only 300m from the beautiful Pra Ae beach and has a stunning sea view with sunset. The location on the west coast in the middle of the island is ideal as you can quickly reach Saladan Town, OldTown as well as the National Park in the south. It offers modern style on 2 levels with 2 separate flats, large infinity pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, SmartTV and high-speed internet.
We want to give you an unforgettable time. I speak German, English, Italian, French and Thai. I will welcome you personally and show you all the amenities in the house and will be at your disposal for questions about the house for the entire rental period. I am also happy to help with questions about the island or with the organisation of scooters, cars or trips - just ask. If you wish, we can organise a special service to pick you up at the airport in Phuket, Krabi or directly at the pier in Ko Lanta and go shopping with you for your perfect stay.
The villa is located on a hill, on the slope, in a quiet residential area and faces west. It offers breathtaking sunsets over the Phi Phi islands and the Andaman Sea. It is 300 meters from Phra Ae village, where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, stores, bars and Long Beach. The west coast of Ko Lanta offers over 30 km of sandy beaches, just minutes away! Ko Lanta (or Koh Lanta) consists of 52 islands, including the largest: Ko Lanta Yai and Ko Lanta Noi. It is located 70 kilometers southwest of Krabi. It is known for its large beaches, mangroves, limestone cliffs and rainforests. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the busy and noisy tourist areas, Ko Lanta is the place for you! Restrained development and untouched nature are the main attractions of Lanta. Once discovered, you will never forget this island....
