Guest Room Renovation: From May 1 to July 31, 2025, the hotel will renovate ten guest rooms. The work will take place daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. and will include hammering and painting. Guests may experience some noise in their rooms and near the swimming pool for two to three days because one room is close to the pool. However, there will be no visual obstructions like scaffolding.
Swimming Pool Maintenance: The swimming pool will undergo grouting maintenance from September 1 to 30, 2025 with work conducted daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This project will be limited to the swimming pool area, minimizing noise and dust disruption to other property areas. The anticipated impact of dust, noise, and visual disturbances is minimal, rated at 1 out of 5. During swimming pool maintenance period, the hotel will offer complimentary access to the swimming pool at either the Moon Dragon Hotel or U Chiang Mai Hotel, which includes one-time complimentary soft drink per guest.
