In caso di arrivo fuori orario di check-in (14:00 -17:00) la struttura addebita un supplemento di 1.500 THB.
Il livello del mare è alto da novembre ad aprile e basso da maggio a ottobre.
È possibile accedere alla strada principale solo salendo una piccola collina nella giungla a 7 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, pertanto occorre una buona condizione di forma fisica. Il personale della struttura si prenderà cura di tutti i vostri oggetti personali.
