Hello, My name is Roger, I run fishing boats, pleasure boats and Liveaboards in Thailand since 2016. The M/V Sabai Sabai is my home in middle of Bangkok. Me and my crew love to share this experience with you people from around the world. I sincerely hope to meet you on the boat for a chat, or a stay. We always open and wish you a wonderful time in Thailand. In my early days I used to travel the world as much as possible, mostly related to my love for cars and bikes, of course this lead me to California where I by accident meet a check engineer and talked about Catalytic converters for cars, the newest thing to come into the Automotive Market. Back home I started to import and engineer US produced Catalytic converters, and adapted them to the European car models as well as started my own marketing for this new aftermarket sparepart in the industry. Doing so, in the 27 years of running this company we printed over 1 Million product catalogues, uncountable numbers 0f brochures and exhibited on hundreds of car shows all over Europe. To fulfill my own ambition to race cars and bikes I started to sponsor and run my own Race Teams,… Different race classed from the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, Drift King of Europe and all sorts of Hillclimb and grassroots racing. But my toys of choice was Dragsters, the wild ones. 1998 I bought my first Jet driven Dragster and worked myself into it, after 1 year of test and try I finally made it be reliable and attended on the show part of the Nitro Olympics in Germany, a 80.000 People event for Dragsters and exhibition vehicles. Having 415 Passes with different Jet Driven Racecars, and Top Methanol Funny Cars. I drive Motorcycles all my life with passion, my travels took me through the USA and Europe the last 40 years. 2018 I changed my life to live in Asia and today I found my home in Bangkok Thailand, working with tourist boats. Live is a race! Yours Roger
Historic Phra Nakhon is home to the 18th-century Grand Palace, a royal residence with lavish throne halls, museums, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Other landmarks include Wat Pho, a large temple known for its massive reclining Buddha statue, and Phra Sumen Fort, set amid a leafy riverfront park. Trendy riverside bistros mix with buzzing street food kiosks, while raucous live music bars line famed Khaosan Road. ― Google Phra Nakhon isn't just a district; it's a living canvas of Bangkok's evolution. Imagine strolling along streets that have witnessed the rise and fall of dynasties. The district's history dates to the 18th century when King Rama I established Bangkok as the new capital. Over time, Phra Nakhon became the nucleus of this thriving city, preserving its deep-rooted traditions and culture. The Grand Palace In 1782 the new King decided to move the capital city to the left bank of the Chao Phraya River for strategic purposes and used the canals to the west as defenses for the new city. A palace was constructed whose grounds currently covers an area of 218,000 square metres that are enclosed by crenallated walls measuring 19,000 metres. Similar to palaces in the former capitals of Sukhothai and Ayudhaya this palace is also laid out with Halls of Residence and Throne Halls as well as administrative buildings and a temple that serves as the Chapel Royal.
