You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

The resort offers a chargeable private speedboat or private catamaran from Phuket (75 minutes). Both airport and hotel transfers are included in this transfer service. Flight arrivals should be at least 2 hours prior to the boat departure time. Hotel transfers within Phuket must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced. Guests who are interested in using the service can contact the resort directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The resort can be reached by a public ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (within 2 hrs.) and then a local public long-tail boat to the resort (20 minutes).
