The fine print
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.
Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.
For payments made via credit card, guests will be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out while guests paying in cash, will be returned in cash on the check-out date.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 5,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
