Please note that the villa rate does not include electricity charges. Guests will be charged THB 10 per electricity unit consumed and payment must be made directly to the property.
Guests are required to physically present their passport including their VISA/Immigration Stamp corresponding to the credit/debit card used for payment. Without physical presentation and/or for Any Overstay in Thailand, in order to respect Thai Law, we will not be able to accept check-in and there will be no refund.

A damage deposit of THB 30000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
