Property information

Surrounded by the Kysucke Beskydy Mountains we offer a superior standard of accommodation, with the room size of Hotel, cosiness of a pension house and with a heart of family house. We would like to welcome you in our guest house in Oščadnica which is in the centre of one of the five stars ski resort in Slovakia – Snowparadise Veľká Rača Oščadnica. Villa Malina is a place with unique atmosphere, charm and character. It is a combination of modern life style with nature. Since our guests house is designed for a maximum of only 18 visitors, we can guarantee you will enjoy a relaxed, family atmosphere and privacy. Our two – storey house is situated roughly 2 km from the centre of the village and about 5 km from the base station of the ski resort. During the winter season there is a stop for the ski bus about 200 m from the house. We are therefore perfectly situated for guests who are looking for peace and quit along with the ease access to the local area.When furnished the rooms, we decided upon using natural materials – wooden floors, windows, wooden furniture as well as natural soft furnishings. Each room has an en – suite bathroom with a shower or bath, one or two balconies.
