The house is located on the outskirts of the old town center of Izola, in a mostly quiet street. Next to the house is a city park. Free parking is available at the nearby parking lot called Ladjedelica and on the street beside the house. There are stairs leading to the entrance of the house. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a television. There is also a larger bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and space for storing clothes. Additionally, there is a bathroom on the ground floor, which is accessible by two stairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a cabinet. In the attic, which is accessible by stairs, there are two separate smaller bedrooms connected by a passage. The bedrooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes, and space for storing clothes. The house is air-conditioned and heated. It is a detached house with its own entrance. In the courtyard in front of the house, there is a table with chairs, there is also a wall-mounted drying rack. Due to the location of the house, respect for local peace and order is requested. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

In the morning, you can walk to the town's market, where you can buy local and fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood. If you want to cool off after breakfast, you can head to the town's main beach by the lighthouse, which is very close to the house. As the beach is only a few minutes from the house, you can walk or cycle to the beach. When it's time for lunch, you can enjoy a meal in the tavern opposite the house, and there is also a small city park just a few steps from the front door. In the afternoon, you can get to know Izola better by walking through the town to explore and see its main sights. If you want to see the city from a different perspective, you can hop on the city train, which will take you through the city and all the way to Belvedere. Izola is also the right choice for culinary lovers, as the town's restaurants offer a taste of delicious coastal cuisine accompanied by a glass of fine wine. Of course, you can also explore the other major coastal towns of Piran, Portorož, Strunjan and Koper, which are only a few minutes away from Izola, by car or other means of transport. When the sun is setting, you can take a stroll through the Old Town and enjoy the beautiful sunsets by the sea.
