Situated in a lush and wonderful south- facing location in the beautiful region of Hälsingland, welcome to Sunny Hill Cottage. Over 100 years old, and until recently part of The Priest of Bergvik’s residence, this unique 95sqm house comprises 2 spacious bedrooms, TV room, toilet with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Married and father of two, I live in the beautiful province of Hälsingland. Known for its grand nature, one-of-a-kind UNESCO world heritage farm houses, gorgeous winters, and the abundance of nature-related activities, this is Sweden at its best.
Come and enjoy the peace and beauty of Hälsingland, with its grand nature, an abundance of activities, and beautiful sights. With loads activities and sights to see on offer all year around, a climate that offers both warm summers and snow rich winters, and a mere 2hr drive from Stockholm’s main airport Arlanda, Bergvik and Hälsingland is an ideal spot for a vacation. A few examples: - A mere 500m away is the huge lake Bergviken, with a stunning bathing spot only 10 minutes away by foot. Part of the great river Ljusnan fishing is also of very high quality, and during winter you can go ice skating on the lake. - We also offer the possibility to rent a boat. - Around the corner you have running tracks during summer, and cross country skiing tracks during winter. - 6 downhill skiing resorts within a 90-minute drive. - 7 golf courses within a 70 minute drive, and 2 only 25 minutes away. - The one of a kind UNESCO World Heritage Decorated Farm Houses of Hälsingland. - Stunning coastline with islands to explore and picturesque restaurants to enjoy, for example Albertina, Axmarbrygga, and Växbo Krog. - Dog sleigh and snow mobile adventures.
