The apartment is located in the city quart Senjak, 100 meters from the indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, soccer and tennis courts, adrenaline park, children's playground.... New construction, two-bedroom structure, in a two-story building with only 10 apartments. ..(no excessive crowd, calm and quiet building). Fully equipped. Individual heating - central (radiator with its own electric boiler). Cooling - air conditioning... WI-FI, cable TV, free parking. Appliances include a washing machine, clothes dryer, combined refrigerator, built-in oven, glass-ceramic storage plate and much more... For everything else, we are at your disposal! Any agreement is possible in order to make your stay in our accommodation pleasant and comfortable and to make it all to your mutual satisfaction! 24 hours available to guests... We live in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation and are always available on the phone numbers... Whatever you need at any time of the day or night, we are here for you! Extremely quiet area and only 500 meters from the strict center of the city. Only 100 meters from the accommodation there is a complex of indoor swimming pools with accompanying facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, massage, cafeteria, fitness club), adrenaline park, outdoor swimming pool, soccer fields, tennis courts, pitch court as well as the Kay Promenade on the banks of the river Nišava.
